Artist's Description
My interpretation or re-do of Raphael’s portrait of his mistress. Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino was an Italian painter and architect during the Renaissance (late15th century/early 16th century). Raphael, Michelangelo and da Vinci are considered to be the Masters of the High Renaissance period.
This drawing earned an "Honorable Mention" in the contest titled "Faces" on FAA in Jan. 2021.
