Artist's Description
I recently requested critique on my art on a FB art page. One of the "interesting" replies was "I wouldn't buy your art because I don't want paintings of random people that I don't personally know" (because I do mostly portrait/figurative work). So-o-o . . . STILL LIFES. This is four pieces of pottery of varying shapes and sizes with African designs and pussy willows on a burnt orange background.

I create whimsical, graphic, stylized, often Asian-inspired & sometimes jeweled or embellished interpretations of people, animals, ethnic subjects, objects/still lifes.
